You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account on bjbaje and to participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. bjbaje strictly enforces this age restriction. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all gaming activity will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the verified payment source used, less any bonuses received.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on bjbaje at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, payment instruments, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bjbaje employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Any Account identified as a duplicate will be closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. bjbaje accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
bjbaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or during any account review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by bjbaje may result in temporary suspension of Account access and pending withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbaje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access details with any third party.
4.2 You must notify bjbaje immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bjbaje will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.
4.3 bjbaje is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.4 bjbaje accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets, access gaming products, or conduct transactions on your behalf.
4.5 Account currency is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the bjbaje cashier interface. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability and applicable limits. Before any withdrawal is processed, bjbaje may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
6.4 bjbaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be available to all Players or in all regions.
6.5 Bonus funds cannot be used to qualify for progressive jackpots unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
7.1 All gaming outcomes on bjbaje are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by real-world event outcomes for sports betting markets. bjbaje sources its gaming content exclusively from licensed and audited third-party game providers.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game round or sports bet, bjbaje reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. Payouts based on erroneously displayed odds, game results, or balances caused by a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured.
7.3 Sports betting markets offered on bjbaje — including all cricket betting markets covering PSL fixtures, international matches, and other tournaments — are subject to the specific rules governing each market type. These rules are accessible within the bjbaje sportsbook interface and are considered part of these Terms.
7.4 bjbaje reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle a market differently from its initial published outcome in cases of rule violations by participants, event cancellations, or other exceptional circumstances outside bjbaje's control.
7.5 Maximum payout limits apply on all gaming products and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. bjbaje will not pay out winnings in excess of applicable maximum payout limits regardless of the displayed potential return at the time of wagering.
